This fee may vary and is subject to change without notice. TOTAL FINAL PRICE REFLECTED IS THE ACTUAL AMOUNT TO BE PAID WHICH ALREADY INCLUDES ANY UPDATED FEES AND DISCOUNTS. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO NOT MAKE THE PURCHASE IF THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

As a member, you will be able to earn OneTravel Rewards Points ("Points") every time you make a purchase from OneTravel. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must opt out of joining the Program and not use any Points.
OneTravel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amended terms automatically take effect when these Terms and Conditions are updated. Your continued use of the Program following the posting of changes to the Terms and Conditions will mean you accept those changes. Please return to this page periodically to review any changes. By enrolling in the Program member and you agree to the following:
Only residents of the United States are eligible to become Program members and earn Points. You automatically become a member when you purchase from OneTravel unless you opt-out of the Program. The Program is void where prohibited.
When you sign up your account will automatically be tied to your email address or a unique loyalty account number. When you are logged into OneTravel.com you will be able to see the total amount of Points in your account, when the Points were earned as well as what Points have been redeemed.
For every dollar ($1) you spend with OneTravel on flights you will each 1 (one) Point. For every dollar ($1) you spend with OneTravel on hotels, cars you will earn three (3) Points. Qualifying purchases can be made online at OneTravel.com or over the phone using OneTravel’s toll free number. No Points will be provided for purchases of ancillary offerings such as flight upgrades and baggage fees. Except where required by law or provided for in these Terms and Conditions, Points have no cash value. Points have no exchange rate to any market currency.
OneTravel will attempt to credit your account with Points on a timely basis. However, you have the responsibility of making sure that your Points are properly credited. Please retain copies of your purchases for your records. Any claim for Points not credited accurately must be received by us within six (6) months of the date of claimed accrual of such Points.
Points can be redeemed for products and/or discounts offered in online at onetravel.com or by calling OneTravel’s toll free number. The number of Points required to redeem for a product will be shown online at onetravel.com. OneTravel reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the products offered as well as the number of points needed to receive a product at anytime OneTravel also reserves the right to limit quantity of Points an account may redeem. Gift cards offered through the Program will be fulfilled online. All gift cards are subject to the issuer’s own terms and conditions. In OneTravel’s discretion the Program may allow you to use Points to get a discount off of purchases from onetravel.com. Users are able to use the Points to make purchasers that benefit third parties.
Participation in the Program
OneTravel reserves the right at any time to limit Program enrollment. We may discontinue your membership and void or cancel your entire Points balance if any Points in your account are issued, received, or redeemed through fraud or theft, or otherwise illegally, or not as authorized in these Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to misuse Program privileges by conduct which is detrimental to us, including without limitation: attempting to accrue Points or redeem Points in a manner inconsistent with our policies or the intent of these Terms and Conditions; having multiple accounts; or participating in purchasing or redemption fraud. Points may not be shared or transferred.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF WE OR OUR AFFILIATES OR OUR OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES AND DAMAGES, AND WITHOUT REGARD TO THE SUCCESS OR EFFECTIVENESS OF OTHER REMEDIES.
THE PROGRAM AND THE POINTS ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR USAGE OF TRADE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROGRAM AND THE POINTS.
The Program May be Suspended, Changed or Terminated
OneTravel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, change or terminate the Program, in whole or in part; to modify, limit or suspend the use of or redemption of Points in any respect; to modify or change redemption procedures, including the number of Points required for particular reward; to modify, limit or suspend the collection of Points, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in Points values. We may make these changes even though the changes may affect the value of Points already accumulated at any time and from time to time.
You should not rely upon the continued availability of the Program, or any earning or redemption offers, merchandise or other offers made in connection with the Program. All merchandise and/or offers are available while supplies last and are subject to change and/or revocation without notice.
These terms and conditions are severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
No failure on the part of OneTravel to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions shall constitute a waiver of any of OneTravel’s rights under these Terms and Conditions, whether for past or future actions on the part of any person. Neither the receipt of any funds by OneTravel nor the reliance of any person on OneTravel’s actions shall be deemed to constitute a waiver of any part of these Terms and Conditions. Only a specific, written waiver signed by an authorized representative of OneTravel shall have any legal effect whatsoever.
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to this Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the State of New York. Before resorting to this alternative, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate the Site's intellectual property rights, OneTravel may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of New York, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
For resolution of dispute, you may contact an Arbitrator who will listen to both sides, weigh the evidence, and make a decision regarding the dispute.
Customers serving in the U.S. military, senior citizens , customers between the age of 16-25 or affected by bereavement, customers with disabilities or terminal illness may receive a discount off cancellation, refund or ticket change service fees under this policy, as described below:

Eligible customers may still have to bear the airline and/or other supplier imposed penalties, as well as any fare difference. You must be able to prove your eligibility by providing the required documentation, such eligibility to be determined at our sole discretion. We are still not able to guarantee services if supplier policies do not permit cancellations, ticket changes and/or refunds. In order to be eligible for the CEP you must call OneTravel customer service and request a CEP waiver.
