Primaris Airlines was a charter airline based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA and operated domestic and international services. Primaris Airlines main base is McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas. The airline currently flies from New York to Manchester, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt
Established in 2002, Primaris Airlines started operations in June 2004. Primaris was Boeing's first US airline customer to utilize the Boeing 787 aircraft. The airline planned to purchase 20 aircrafts for expansion of its international services but had to cancel their intent to purchase in June 2006. The airline filed for CH.11 Bankruptcy protection in U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona. After months of attempts to secure continuation funding, the trustee moved to convert the filing to CH.7 liquidation on March 30, 2009. Today, the airline flies with one Boeing 757-200 offering small charter services.
