Best overall vacation site     
I'd like to keep Puerto Vallarta as my selfish "secret". This little city has the best weather! It rains only at night. Sunshine daily! Slight breeze over the water. Walk around all evening without even a light jacket. Beer still can be found for a $1.00. The food is great! Lots of restaurants and pubs. The malecon has been redone and has lots of walking space. The mexican people are kind, happy, helpful and totally honest. There are traditional flea markets, high end stores and Walmart. Excitment is always in the air along the malecon. Even the Beach peddlars add to the charm. Lots of trinkets hoping to sell, but never aggresive. Marina area is beautiful, but I'm envious of the yachets moored there. Lots of tours available daily or evenings. Look out over the ocean at the beautiful sunset and watch the huge cruise ships arrive!! The city is in a holiday atmosphere with Feliz Navidad in the next few days. Love it!! Love it!!
