A Calm place 
5 Vientiane s the capital city of Laos. I stayed there for only a part of my holidays. Most of my time was spent in Luang Prabang and nearby areas. It is a beautiful place on the banks of the Mekong river. Rent a motorbike and just go wherever you want. Get lost in the lush greenery, blue-sh waterfalls and a peaceful surrounding. All this at a cheap price. The Lao people are nice, though they hardly understand English:)
