May 02, 2012 My Trip was pleasant and enjoyable. The Plane was on time and The pilot was very informative about the weather and promised all aboard that we would have a safe and smooth flight. The service from the flight attendants was just great.
As the pilot said, we had a smooth flight and we arrived safely.

Apr 27, 2012 WE were very pleased with the service my husband & I received while traveling to BWI. We always fly Grand Rapids to BWI as our grandson is the quarterback for the University of Maryland Football team. We will be booking many more flights this year to watch the Terps play football.
