Southwest Florida Airport (RSW) is a public county-owned airport located in the South Fort Myers which is owned by Lee County Port Authority. The airport was renamed as Southwest Florida International Airport in the year 1993 and serves places such as Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Marco Island, Captiva Island, Bonita Springs and Naples.

The airport's Rental Car Service Center is located on the ground level of the parking garage, after exiting the baggage claim the passengers should walk across the street to the car rental facility.

All the areas of the main terminal are open for the general public and the main terminal offers services like Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks Coffee, Shula’s Bar and grill and many more.
Lost and found departments are located all over the terminals and the airlines and the car rental agencies also have their own lost and found areas.
The Concourse B, C and D offers amenities like a Starbucks coffee shop, Palm City Market, Great American Bagel and many more and entry to the concourses requires a boarding pass.

The airport offers 11,250 spaces for hourly and daily parking and also has a special cell phone lot for people who are here at the airport to pick or drop someone.
