We arrived at the Rome airport early am (around 8:30 AM) mid week. It was easy enough to get from the plane to the baggage claim. We had no problem locating our taxi at the pick-up point The airport appeared to be well organized and efficient.There are adequate signs that are readable throughout. My only suggestion for any traveler traveling abroad is to obtain the local currency either prior to departing your home, or at the hotel you will be staying (if it's a major hotel chain). The rates are much cheaper than when you get out on the economy.
