Something Different

Anthony 4StarSep 02, 2012

When most people plan a trip to Europe they almost always choose between Spain, England, France, or Italy. These are places that everyone enjoys and for good reason, but there are great places just a few hours east! St. Petersburg is both Russian and cosmopolitan European. It is home to the Hermitage for art lovers, an incredible cuisine made up of traditiona russian food, imported American and western European favorites and Caucasian influences. For the younger crowd the nightlife is amazing, and also cheap compared to western Europe. St. Petersburg is sometimes a forgotton destination but has a lot to offer
