Overall the process getting my ticket was easy however the system would not allow me to select seats. The upshot was the 800 number easily put me in contact with someone from one travel who made the selections for me and they were quite nice and easy to get in contact with. Had to pay a an extra charge at the originating airport to change a flight as I would never have made the connection at LAX which was a significant drawback of the site!!
