Transportation was a nightmare to Monticello. There was no shuttle,from the hotel nor public transportation,available to the historic site of Monticello.Therefore, cab services was the only option if you did not want to navigate on your own with a rental. The hotel receptionist was reluctant to help or was unaware of the significance of the historic site or the city's importance.

The actual flight, air time, cleanliness etc. was great. However the flight attendamces wete not happy to be there. No smiles...except for the flight cming back from Charlotte to Jacksonville. The attendance there surpassed the others in friendlyness.
