Classes of Service
TAM Airlines comprises of three different classes;
First Class - VIP room, privileged services, personal audio and video entertainment, customized menu facility
Business Class - seats have pitch of 63 inches, when reclined it goes up to 70 inches, 15.4 inches screen size, 20 video channels & 11 audio channels, audio and video on demand services (AVOD).
Economy Class - personal screens to enjoy audio and video services, magazines facility, in- seat power supplies.

Online check-in: TAM Airlines offers efficient online check-in facility. Under this passenger can check-in online between 24 hours to 1 hour before the departure of flight.
Mobile check-in: The mobile check-in facility can be performed between 72 hours to 45 minutes before the scheduled takeoff for domestic flights. When it comes to international flights, the mobile check-in should be performed between 72 hours to 2 hours before the scheduled takeoff. The passenger should be there at the boarding gate on time. For domestic flights you should be 30 minutes early and for international flights you should be 60 minutes early prior to the departure of flight.

Itinerary Modifications and Cancellations
Customers can change reservations 24 hours or more before a flight’s scheduled departure time. Modifying or canceling a reservation online will incur a $115 fee per customer, per booking. Doing the same at the airport will cost an extra $125 fee, and modifying a group reservation will invite a $50 fee per customer. Name changes is another extra $70 per booking.
•Children up to 2 year old (24 months) don't require having their own seat.
•For holding the lap children the passenger should be at least 15 year of age.
•TAM Airline doesn't have any problem with pets. They can fly in portable kennel that should be no larger than 36 cm x 33 cm x 25 cm (length x width x height).
