Classes of Service
SriLankan Airlines offers two classes of service: Business and Economy Class.

Business Class passengers can pre-order their meal requirements at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure of their flight.
To keep you entertained while on-board, the airline offers multiple entertainment options ranging from musical shows, in-flight magazines, top movies and much more to choose from.

Online and Mobile Check-In For a quick and convenient check in and seat selection, SriLankan Airlines offer web check in between 2 and 48 hours before departure.
Airport Kiosks SriLankan Airlines has its self-service check-in kiosks at the Bandaranaike International Airport. At the kiosks, passengers can check-in for single as well as multiple flights. The kiosks have interactive touch screen monitors with easy navigation panels and instructions for a smooth check-in process.
Customer Rewards Programs and Perks
The airline offers a frequent flyer program known as FlySmiles, with which every time you fly with Srilankan Airlines you accumulate FlySmiles Miles. The reward points can be cashed for free tickets, lounge access, express check-in and upgrade from Economy to Business Class. FlySmiles members of Silver Tier can opt for Baggage Bonus Program. If you do not have enough miles to redeem rewards, you can purchase FlySmiles from the service center. You can purchase a minimum of 2,000 miles and a maximum of 25,000 miles for a cost of US$ 0.025 per mile.

Itinerary Modifications and Cancellations
SriLankan Airlines offers ease and comfort on every stage of your travel, be it booking a trip or cancelling one. If under any circumstances, you are not able travel on your desired journey date or do not wish to travel to your destination, you can ask for a refund for your purchased electronic ticket. SriLankan Airlines offers special assistance at the airports to passengers with reduced mobility. Wheelchairs are offered to help passengers for easy mobility from the airport to the flight.

Guide/Assistance Dogs are permitted on the aircraft with visually impaired or hearing-impaired passengers.
