Classes of Service
Singapore Airlines offers four classes of service: Suites, First Class, Business Class and Economy Class.

Online and Mobile Check-In With the Online Check-in facility offered by Singapore Airlines, you can print your boarding pass and choose your seat even before you arrive at the airport. Online Check-in is available 48 hours to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure of your flight. The Online Check-in facility is only offered to customers with confirmed booking.
Airport Kiosks Changi International Airport offers dedicated counters of Self Check-in for passengers traveling confirmed flight booking on Singapore Airlines. You can check-in anytime between 48 hours and 40 minutes from Terminal 2 and 3. The check-in counter at Terminal 2 opens at 0430 hours and close at 0140 hours while at Terminal 3 opens at 0430 hours and close at 0200 hours. Customer Rewards Programs and Perks
The Frequent Flyer Program offered by Singapore Airlines has two categories: KrisFlyer and The PPS Club. As a PPS Club and KrisFlyer member, you can earn miles when you fly with Singapore Airlines. The more you fly the more fast you upgrade to a higher tier of the Frequent Flyer Program. Itinerary Modifications and Cancellations
Singapore Airlines offer quick and convenient ways change or cancel your itinerary. You can also cancel your remaining itinerary for a nominal cancellation fee and get a refund of your unused ticket that you bought from the official website. Cancellation fees vary and depend on the fare conditions of certain tickets.
For a safe flight, the airline holds restrictions on some of the items including explosives, lithium batteries, flammable solids/liquids, radioactive materials, oxidizing substances and more. Sharp objects such as knives, blade, nan-chakus, and scissors are not allowed with carry-on baggage.
