Based in Oak Creek, Wisconsin Midwest Airlines was founded in 1948 and was a US Based Airline. The airline had its main operating hub at General Mitchell International Airport and Kansas City International Airport. When in operation, the airline had a fleet size of 30 airlines and offered services to more than 18 destinations. The airline ceased operations in 2010 and merged with United States low-cost airline Frontier Airline. The Midwest Brand totally disappeared in the year 2011.
