Online and Mobile Check-In: Save great time at the airport With the Online Check-in service offered by JetBlue Airways. You can Check-in Online up to 24 hours to 90 minutes in advance before your flights scheduled departure time.
Airport Kiosks: For a quick, fast and efficient check-in at the airport, JetBlue offers dedicated kiosks for passengers holding a confirmed reservation. Passengers traveling with checking baggage should check-in 4 hours prior to their flights scheduled departure. While those traveling with no baggage can, check-in anytime between 24 hours to 30 minutes in advance before your flights scheduled departure time. Please Note, if you are traveling in a group of more than 10 people or you do not have a confirmed reservation, you will not be able to check-in at the kiosk.

Carry on Each passenger is permitted to bring one Carry On baggage and one personal item. However, the size of your personal item should not exceed 18" L (45.72 cm) x 15" W (38.1 cm) x 8" H (20.32 cm).
Checked When flying with JetBlue, carry your first checked baggage always free. Checked Baggage should not weigh more than 50 pounds and in overall dimensions should not exceed 62”. Keep a note that boxes are not acknowledged as checked baggage on international flights. For every second and third extra baggage carried, an extra fee of $40 and $75 is charged respectively.
Excess In case the weight and the size of the baggage exceed the limit an additional charge of $50-$100 per bag is charged. Bags larger than 80 inches are not accepted on any JetBlue flights.
Itinerary Modifications and Cancellations
JetBlue has made rebooking of your flight easy if your flight is cancelled for any reason. To rebook your flight you can call on 1-800-538-2583 or opt one of the neighboring airports. However, the airline makes every possible effort to avoid cancellation of flights.
JetBlue allows Service Animals on-board with passengers with special disabilities. Passengers are requested to inform the airline about the service animal well in advance by calling at 1-800-538-2583.
