Founded in 1955, Condor Airlines is the short name for Condor Flugdienst GmbH. The airline is based in Germany with its main base at Frankfurt Airport while Berlin Schönefeld Airport and Munich Airport serves as the focus cities for the airline. When founded the airline had twin-engine propeller planes, today the carrier has modern Boeing machines and top class Airbus. The airline serves destinations including Africa, North America, Asia, Europe and South America.
Classes of Service
The airline offers two classes of service: The Comfort Class and the Premium Economy Class.
Comfort Class: When flying in the comfort class of the Condor Airlines get ready to pampered and enjoy the excellent amenities offered. Premium Economy Class: Feel right at home when flying on the Premium Economy Class of Condor Airlines. Customers are offered with free alcoholic drinks with meals, free headsets, 15 cm more legroom, extra wide pillows and blankets. On short- and medium haul flights the airline offers window and aisle seats only for greater comfort.

Online and Mobile Check-In With the Online Check-in facility offered by Condor Airline, reserve your seat and do a hassle free check-in from home. You can Check-in anytime between 24 hours and 2 hours prior to departure.
Airport Kiosks Passengers who wish to hold back from the airport kiosks are recommended to keep in hand extra time for checking process and keep all the required documents ready to hand. Be available at the check-in counters two hour prior to the scheduled departure of your flight.
Customer Rewards Programs and Perks
The Frequent Flyer Program offered by Condor Airlines is called Miles & More. On your every journey with Condor Airlines, you earn miles, the accumulated miles can later be exchanged for an upgrade or on your nest Condor flight. When you Check-in, simply present your card and the total miles of your trip will be credited to your account. In addition, you can also earn points when you travel with Miles & More partner airlines.
Carry On: Passengers are permitted to carry one carry-on item weighing up to 6 kg and dimension not exceeding 55 x 40 x 20 cm. In addition, passengers can also carry one personal item like a handbag, laptop, umbrella and more. The limit of carry-on baggage also applies to infants under 2 years of age.
Checked: Condor Airlines have different conventions for checking baggage on different paths. On all flights excluding USA/Canada, San Juan (PR) and flights originating in Brazil, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class Passengers can take a maximum of 20 kg as checked baggage while Comfort Class passengers can be allowed to carry 30 kg. On flights to USA/Canada and San Juan, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class Passengers can take a maximum of 23 kg as checked baggage while Comfort Class passengers can be allowed to carry two baggage items weighing 32 kg each.
Excess: Checked and Carry-on baggage that exceeds the permitted allowance are charged USD 13.00 one-way per kg and USD 26.00 round trip per kg on Shorthaul/Mediumhaul flights. On Longhaul flights USD 26.00 one-way per kg and USD 52.00 round trip per kg is applicable.
Itinerary Modifications and Cancellations
Passengers can cancel their booking 29 days prior to the expiration of their booked flight. On Short- and medium-haul routes EUR 30.00 per person while on Long-haul routes a charge of 60.00 per person and route is charged in case of cancellation.
Children aged 5 up to and including 11 years are treated as minors and are allowed to travel alone if the assistance service is used.
Passengers with disabilities, expectant mothers and those experiencing health issues should inform the airline about the same no later than 48 hours before departure.
Sports equipments and other special bearings are permitted and are subject to payment of relevant charges.
