Itinerary Modifications and Cancellations
Customers can get in touch with the airline executive for any modifications in the travel itinerary. The international routes at Avianca are not refundable. If you have to cancel the booking then you should call the airline's call centre at 1800 284 2622 for making the request. If you don't request the cancellation and don't reach the flight, then there is a possibility to get no refund.
•Infant under 2 year (24 months) of age travelling in an adult's lap is required to pay only 10% of the adult's fare.
•No discounts for infants over 2 years of age.
•Birds, dogs and cats that are under 8 kgs (17.6 lbs) with carrier are only allowed into the cabin.
