Founded in 1990, Aviacsa Airline (6A) ceased operations on May 4, 2011 due to economic crises. The airline had its base airport in Mexico City, Mexico and the Mexico City International Airport served as its primary hub. The airline served many destinations in United States of America and Mexico and also had a U.S. office in Houston.
The cities served by the airline were Acapulco, Mexico City, Monterrey, Morelia, Oaxaca, Puerto Vallarta, Tampico, Tapachula, Cancun, Ciudad Juárez, Chetumal, Culiacán, Durango, Guadalajara, Veracruz Villahermosa, Leon, Mérida, Mexicali, Tepic, Tijuana and Tuxtla Gutiérrez. The airline had a fleet size of three at the time when it was ceased and offered smooth and quite ride with comfortable seating.
