Alitalia Returns to Los Angeles
Starting May 1, 2014, Alitalia Airlines will resume its seasonal non-stop service between Los Angeles and Rome. Alitalia flights AZ621/AZ620 are scheduled to have their departure and arrival from/to Tom Bradley International Airport. The airline will operate five weekly flights beginning May 1, and will move on to offer daily service from June 1, 2014.

The Mobile Check-In option is available for European destinations and major Italian airports. Check-in from your internet enabled mobile phone and receive instant confirmation as well as a link to your barcode enabled boarding pass.
Fast Check-In: Airport Kiosks is one of the fastest ways of performing check-in. Just select your flight on the screen and choose the seat of your choice out of those available. Once you are done, print the boarding pass and you are ready to go.
Tele Check-In: This facility is available for members of Mille Miglia only and is available only on select routes. After performing tele check-in, passengers are required to pick their boarding pass from the Alitalia Lounge at least an hour before the flight's scheduled departure time.
Check-In Desks: It's the oldest way of check-in and is still used extensively. Passengers can check-in at the Alitalia Airlines desk at the airport and get their boarding pass from the airline's representative. The staff is friendly and is ready to resolve any concern with a smile.

Itinerary Modifications and Cancellations
In case of cancellation or rebooking, you should contact the customer care immediately. The sooner you cancel/rebook, the lesser the penalty is. In case of rebooking, you also have to pay the fare difference in addition to the penalty fees. If for any reason, you can't travel on your scheduled departure date, then your ticket would have no meaning.
•An infant below 2 years can travel for free if he is traveling on an adult's lap. Strollers are also allowed free of charge depending on the space left in the aircraft.
•For pets, you have to pay an extra amount which depends on the weight of the pet. Make sure you get your pet accustomed to a cage environment before the date of departure.
•For would-be moms and young kids, passengers can request special meals in advance.
